ULMA Packaging and GH have decided to bundle their activities for the Benelux area

The companies ULMA Packaging BV (The Netherlands), GH (Belgium) and Phi-Pack (The Netherlands) will keep their own name, identity, bank details and all other contact details. Also the E-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers of your contacts will remain unchanged.
Managing Director Mr. Ignacio Aguirre of ULMA Packaging is very excited about the deal: "This is the perfect answer to the evolution of the european packaging machines market. We see the need for larger, professional sales and service centres representing a limited number of complementary machine manufacturers on an exclusive basis. Also on world scale there is a large degree of cooperation between ULMA and Mondini."
For over 50 years, ULMA Packaging is manufacturing packaging machines for flowpack (horizontal and vertical), thermoforming, stretch film, tray seal, robot loading, caseloading, palletisation and bundling. Through the recent acquisitions of Dairypack and Rochman, also high-speed thermoforming machines for dairy industry and shrink film machines with open and closed shrink are included in the ULMA product range. The R&D department and the ULMA training centre employ over 100 people guaranteeing innovation and customer oriented solutions. ULMA Packaging is part of the Mondragon group, one of the top 10 spanish companies with a turnover of 15 billion EUR.

The technical service departments of ULMA Packaging BV, GH and Phi-Pack will work closely together, resulting in one pool of 11 technicians and 7 in-house technical experts with over 150 years of expertise. Our sales team is composed of 7 experienced sales people.
