SCORPIUS 850D traysealer

Automatic heat-sealing machine for foodproduct packaging in previously formed trays. These trays are closed with tray-compatible heat-sealable film or cover material. Depending on customer requirements and machine configuration, packaging can be done with or without modified atmosphere.

This type of packaging allows an excellent presentation, especially when the product to be packed includes different ingredients. If this is the case, the system can place the products on the trays according to a pattern previously to the heat-sealing process. The wide range of shapes and colours of the trays available in the market permit you to obtain the best of presentations.

This machine has high throughput capabilities, the main application of the SCORPIUS model is ready-to-serve products with sauces and/or liquids, for this system allows the tray to be moved without spilling its content.

• Strong-built machine made in stainless steel and anodised aluminium, perfectly able to work in wet places (IP 65 protection degree).
• Mobile and adjustable control panel formed by:
  - Touch screen allowing access to all machine control parameters, 99-operation memory storage and production control.

• SCORPIUS model guarantees operator safety and metes EC safety and protection standards.
  - Sliding safety guards protecting cutting and sealing access points during production cycle.
