TAURUS 570 traysealer

Automatic traysealer machine for food-product packaging in previously formed trays. These trays are closed with tray-compatible heatsealable film or cover material. To full fill the customer requirements and machine configuration, packaging can be done with or without modified atmosphere (MAP).

This type of packaging allows an excellent presentation, especially when the product to be packed includes different ingredients. If this is the case, the system allows place the products on the trays according to a pattern previously to the traysealer process. The wide range of shapes and colours of the trays available in the market permit you to obtain the best of presentations.

The main application of the TAURUS model is fresh product packaging (meat, fish, etc.), as the system makes life of product longer, if compared to traditional tray packaging, while keeping the same appearance.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• A sturdy machine made entirely of stainless steel and anodised aluminium and which has been built to operate in a damp environment. (IP 65 protection level).
• The machine structure incorporates a control panel consisting of:
  - A screen providing access to the machine control parameters: production control, memory containing data for 100 product set ups, language selection and alarm screen.
  - Precision sealing temperature controls.
  - Vacuum control (optional).
  - Stop/start button.
  - Emergency stop.
• The TAURUS model meets EU protection and safety regulations.
• Safety guards protect access to the cutting and sealing systems during machine operation and are fitted with safety interlock switches.
  - Product feeding conveyor has bars which push and position the trays and provides a loading area of 1500 mm.
• Should more than one Cavity Sise be needed, changing operations are fast and do not require the use of tools.
• Infeed conveyor with rod bars to center and push the trays, built in stainless steel with a 1.500 mm. Free loading area, provided with a waste collection system.
• Motorized exit belt.
• Film unwinding with film brake system.
• Motorized Film scrap rewinding.
• Tray detection photocell.
• Removable infeed conveyor.
