ULMA Packaging Technological Center, S.Coop, was constituted in Oñati the 28 of June of 2002 like Cooperative of Services without spirit of profit dedicated to investigate, promote, develop, improve, innovate, spread, trainand to give services in the scope of packaging technologies.
