Complete solution for meat product packaging

The complete automation solution of the packaging plant includes eight packaging lines for different meat products. From large industrial cuts vacuum packed in FLOW-VAC® and thermoformed, as well as filleted and minced meat in a controlled atmosphere.

Three lines of packaging of industrial cuts of meat that previous labeling, are vacuum packed with FLOW-VAC® machines that adapt the length of the bag to the length of the product. These lines are complemented with vacuum chambers for closing and sealing the bag to later improve the presentation by passing through retraction ovens that give the package second skin appearance.

Five packaging lines with different thermoforming machines adapted to the different pieces of meat to be vacuum packed and in controlled atmosphere (MAP). In these five lines whole pieces of fresh meat and fillets are packed in vacuum and even minced meat in rigid thermoformed packages in a controlled atmosphere (MAP).
