FM 400

The FM 400 model has been designed to meet the hygiene and cleaning requirements characteristic of perishable food production processes. The machine incorporates food-grade components with a high level of stainless-steel construction and water protection. Its design minimises product and residue accumulation points and allows cleaning with hot water and detergents commonly used in the food industry.

The modular design of this model allows us to offer a wide variety of versions and solutions: top reel, bottom reel or side seal versions, as well as versions for packaging with different barrier films (laminated films, barrier shrink films-BDF, etc.).

• Stainless-steel construction and vertical plate design for maximum hygiene and ease of machine cleaning. The design prevents residue accumulation and facilitates access to mechanical and electronic components for maintenance.
• Wash-Down construction that allows cleaning with pressurised hot water and detergents. It incorporates materials and components with high levels of corrosion resistance and water protection.
• Stainless-steel feeding cart designed to be cleaned using water jets and detergents.
• Front-loading reel holder with pneumatic clamping system to facilitate film reel loading.
• Universal extendable mould that allows the film to be adapted to the different products to be packaged.
• Longitudinal sealing system using rollers designed to ensure package hermeticity.
• Cross sealing system with a Long-Dwell head with orbital movement. This system enables hermetic packages to be produced at high production rates using barrier film.

• Online residual oxygen analyser systems.
