LA ITALIANA, one of the leading companies in pasta manufacturing, was founded in 1955 by Humberto Gualtieri. Through sustained growth, the company now operates 5,500 square meters of production space.

LA ITALIANA, a company specializing in the production of fresh and pasteurized pasta, gnocchi, empanada discs, and pascualina pastry sheets, is continuously expanding. Over the years, it has experienced steady growth that requires not only increasing production capacity, but also ensuring efficiency, reliability, and quality across its packaging processes.

Twenty-eight years ago, LA ITALIANA took a key step in its growth journey by establishing a strategic partnership with ULMA Packaging through the acquisition of its first packaging machine. Since then, ULMA Packaging has supported LA ITALIANA at every stage of its development, resulting in the installation of a total of nine ULMA Packaging machines at its plant today.
